What can I do with clotted cream?

We’ve been given a big pot of it and we’re not planning on having the kind of pudding you’d serve it with anytime soon so is there anything I can make with it?

Haven’t read ft but mashed bananas, brown sugar and clotted cream.

I made the best fudge with clotted cream. Got the recipe from Rodda's website.

Dip your hooked finger into the pot, raise loaded finger to mouth and suck greedily. Repeat until pot is clean.

Leeks, carrots, clotted cream, some veg stock and chicken pieces, top with mash for a lovely creamy pie
