You in three words

I can't sleep (well my teething baby won't let me sleep).

I thought I'd ask anyone reading to describe themselves in three words.

If you could change any of them would you?

I need to have a think about mine. Though it maybe take my sleep deprived brain some time

Fat.
Blonde.
Disabled.

I am working on the 'fat',have lost 4 stone in the last year,but still have another 5 to go. The 'disabled' I can't really fix (rheumatoid and osteoarthritis). Thankfully I'm happy that I'm blonde.

I'm sad that so many of these are so focused on what's on the outside- fat /old and ugly- to all of you that feel that's what describes you best, I'm sure that it isn't. If any of us were to describe our friends/ oh/ children etc it is rare that the physical markers would be our go to description- the people who love you will see you for the wonderful people you undoubtedly are.

And to all who are suffering anxiety and misery- I'm sorry and genuinely hope that that gets better for you to all.
