How often do you cringe at past actions?

Just a light hearted musing really. Do you ever randomly cringe at things you've done in the past and how often would you do that? I think either I've done too many cringeworthy things or they pop into my mind too often. 😬.

i used to often... but i give much less of a shit these days!

My whole life up until 10 years ago when I finally sorted myself out is one long cringe.

I'm a very different person now, but I look back and just see that I was a complete nob.

Yes Patroclus that makes sense. I will see if there's a connection to when I feel down/ anxious for me too.

Yes, it is usually around the way I behaved for a few years in my twenties (although I have regrets either side of that - just not as bad). I'm mid forties now. I think the older I get the more it bothers me.
