Sharks are independent from birth. I always thought their mums took care of them but apparently not. Blush
Anyone else got anything they were surprised to discover.

No coconut water is not a sub for plasma

Apparently it can be used in an emergency but I'd have thought it was too high in potassium. I was having a look earlier as I was curious.

Surely the fingerprints one cant be real. You would end up with them all over the place otherwise.

Beautiful things. On the really dark ones where they look black, infrared will show the spots

Cashew nuts are the external seeds of these ugly yellow plants. One per plant. Right bugger to get out. No wonder they’re so expensive.

Just read Wham's biography by Andrew Ridgeley. Decided to look him up on wiki as he wasn't v forthcoming about his private life (although he did go out with Shirley which I didn't know before he two-timed her). He was married to Keren from Bananarama for over 10 years and they only divorced in 2017.

So why do people say 'black panther' when by definition all panthers are black?

It is impossible to tickle yourself

@CalmFizz
I’m extremely ticklish and I can tickle myself! If I brush my hand or arm against my tummy I get the heebyjeebie tickles!

Aye, me too, gives me the boak sometimes, other times I have to explain why I'm giggling at myself ….. Wasn't going to post as couldn't quite articulate it, but you explained it perfectly Grin

Anyone going to mention the usuals...?

Pineapples grow on the ground

&

Envelope neck babygros are designed like that so you can pull them down over the baby's body and this avoid getting leaky poo in their hair/everywhere.

Have you ever seen a panther that is pink? Think. A panther that is positively pink.
Doesn’t black panther refer to the political organisation? Because otherwise, as you say, it is superfluous.

Wow. Didn’t know that about Portsmouth so googled and checked.

Was so intrigued about the crying/nose/tears that I looked that up too. Who knew your nose/sinuses produce over a litre of snot a day?

Regarding black panthers being a superfluous term, try duck billed platypus! There is no other other kind so why add the duck billed bit?

Wombats poop cubes was a recent fact I've learnt!

The wombat poo has been a long running disagreement (lighthearted) in our house as Dh can't understand how it is physically possible to poo cubes.
