Supposed to be on a diet but DD has requested fish finger sandwiches for breakfast.

I’ll be making mine with healthy bread and reduced sugar ketchup.

OP - it’s cherry muesli pave from the Sainsbury bakery counter - probably not authentic but still delicious Smile

We are eating the leftovers of a family party, put together as a breakfast strata yesterday and soaked overnight in the fridge before being baked. It's a great way to eat buffet leftovers. 😁

Mushroom and spinach omelette today, with a slice of Greenhalghs low GI toast.

Yesterday’s fish ginger sandwich wasn’t that bad (calorie and nutrition wise) as I used healthy bread and low sugar ketchup.

Today I had low sugar muesli stuff with blueberries, skimmed milk and chia seeds. We’ve got friends coming over for lunch so will be eating a lot at lunchtime 😂 dinner will probably literally just be carrots 🥕😂 back to work tomorrow so I’m hoping the distraction will stop me thinking about food constantly...

Scrambled eggs and spaghetti on wholemeal toast plus 2 cups of tea and now tempted with a coffee...

Sausage and Quorn sausage sandwiches on the go here - we'll probably take them with us as we're off for a nice walk with 9 week old DD

I love this thread - I could happily eat breakfast food for every meal

Blueberry pancakes, made with buckwheat flour and banana. We have them every Sunday.

Oh this all sounds lovely. I don’t eat until around 12 so instead of lunch I’ll have Greek yogurt with berries & a touch of honey.
