Nothing on tv....but just seen this is on. Is it worth a watch?

Yeah, it’s quite feel good

Very marmite, I didn’t like it, but I have friends that love it, give it a try.

The songs are good, but the story is dire (and not true either). We watched it last Christmas and everyone was bored.

I thought it was brain dead. Very dull, non-story, interspersed with songs.

Not selling it to me 😂

If you're not a fan of musicals, it's probably not for you. And don't read the real story first.

If you like bad luhrman you'll love it

It’s truly cringe inducing. No other words for it.

Really? Moulin Rouge is a terrific film. The Greatest Showman is not. Stick it on in the background whilst you are doing something else would be my recommendation.

Just put it on and go with it !

I'm not a fan of musicals but loved this.

It was. But not this version.

I love musicals but thought this was dreadful.

Then when I googled PT Barnum and found out what type of man he actually was, I thought the film was in disgustingly bad taste.

Yeah I really didnt enjoy it and my MN standards I enjoy tripe (Love Actually as an e.g.!)

Can’t get over the sad tale of jumbo the elephant.

Wasn’t a fan of the film, but dh loves it.

The plot was a massive load of bollocks but the songs made up for it so I think it's worth a watch.

It is truly awful. Not helped by the fact I had recently seen Alladin which was a masterpiece.

Marmite - I turned it off after 10 mins (was watching whilst on a plane),

Barnham was 1. much older than Hugh Jackman when he set up the venture the film is based on; and 2. the film is a highly romanticised take on his business.

Grim as a very grim thing.

I love musicals and I loved Moulin Rouge but I hated this.
