Sorry posted too soon - daylight clock trumped an iphone7 (if only I had known). Lots of books.

Wireless headphones/ear things. About £45 off amazon but they can work independently and also can be used with the phone downstairs

Phone, apple watch, online vouchers for x box, roblox etc. Make up, perfume, merch hoodie from whatever TV programme or you tube channels they like.

IncyWincyGrownUp · 02/01/2020 21:17

Decent watercolour paints. Asked a friend, and bought inktense by Derwent. She’s loving them.

doodlejump1980 · 02/01/2020 21:18

Got my niece a lensball for taking cool instagram photos. Don’t know if she liked it or not as I haven’t heard from her and she’s an ungrateful spoiled brat

Titsywoo · 02/01/2020 21:19

This cushion has been very popular as she spends so much time in bed! www.urbanoutfitters.com/en-gb/shop/amped-fleece-blush-boo-cushion?category=SEARCHRESULTS&color=066

Also a mini fridge for her room

ImTheCaddy · 02/01/2020 21:21

Alexa dot, pom Pom fairy lights and smart plug so Alexa will control them!

You-tuber merch!

Icanttakethiscrapanymore · 02/01/2020 21:24

Curling iron was a hit. It only cost £9 from primark and my dd15 loves it.
As a joint gift I got my dd’s (15/18) a gusto coffee machine and lots of pods with nice mugs. They love that too.

SlayingDragons · 02/01/2020 21:30

HP Sprocket and a ton of scrapbooking stuff, plus little peg lights to hang photos on were the biggest hits for my 12yr old DD.

She also got some new succulents and a new terrarium which she was chuffed with. She already has a terrarium with cacti in it so is delighted to create a new one with succulents

weegiemum · 02/01/2020 21:32

Dd2 is just 16 and got 2 rabbits. This was long planned. For her birthday in November she got a coat and shoes (that she chose) for a fancy night out.

implantsandaDyson · 02/01/2020 21:35

My 14 and 12 year old got a Sprocket between them - it went down well.
14 year old also loved Vans (slip ons) and my sister got her some Benefit eyecare stuff that she was a fan of.
The 12 year old loved a desktop easel and a canvas backpack from Pull & Bear, also a bullet journal.

They also got lights from Amazon for their room which they loved - LED track lighting type thing.
