Anyone else been out for a NYD run?’

Just back from glorious 12k but just didn’t pass a soul! Where were all the runners?!

There must be someone who’s been out and if so - wasn’t it a lovely way to start the new year!!

I'm going in about half an hour. Taking advantage of being able to go out a bit later since I dont have to fit it in before work!

My OH is out on a nyd park run. I'm still in bed (injured foot and a mild hangover )

They are probably getting ready to drag their reluctant family out on a ‘fun’ NYD Parkrun in the biting cold and mud .

Was entertaining at home last night but have managed to feel fairly perky this morning.

Taking DS1 in about half an hour to Parkrun. I will be in the car with a cuppa.

12km for me too, on my favourite trail running route. Lots of hills to keep it interesting.
