I don't know how many years this has been going, but we can't break the tradition now!

I can offer:
endless bottles of Shloer (half price at Tesco)
leftover macaroni cheese
a ton of Heroes/Celebrations
a billion chocolate coins

There will be a table of nut-free products for anyone who's allergic like me.

Let the party commence!

We had domino's delivered earlier followed by the last of the chocolate Yule log!

I'm in bed waiting to watch the London fireworks on TV...at which point the boys will probably be woken up from the ones going off here!

My 17yo DS is at a party and I feel old!!!

Under half an hour to go! The London fireworks should be ace, 2,000 fireworks from the Eye, more from barges! Watching BBC News channel.

The cats and the dog have given in and gone to sleep. 3 of them on me so I'm stuck. I have had to phone DS to tell him to come down at 5 too so we can see the New Year in together.

Have accomplished changing dressings on portacath wounds (with some difficulty, fecking awkward positioning & I still can’t move my right arm properly) all with my cats yowling heartbrokenly outside the bathroom as apparently they were convinced without their supervision I was going to do myself a mischief &/or I might suddenly vanish away. Fluffy little weirdos...
