Argh. I've spent so much.

But I feel like the kids should have new clothes for Christmas day.

That's a thing, right?

How does this work exactly? New clothes that they wear once or twice and then bin in time for next Christmas? Or new clothes because they actually needs them and will wear them regularly?

DS will wear his regularly. It’s got a dinosaur on it so frankly it’ll be hard to get it off him! He get clothes bought for him regularly during the year too, it doesn’t have to be an either/or proposition.

Do you really allow your kids or yourselves to eat Christmas lunch at the table in nightwear?!?! Gross.

I did once. We'd been out in the morning and they went back into xmas pjs for the rest of the day. No visitors to care. Saved me some laundry.
