Selfies
People who give their pets middle names
Christmas socks/jumpers/pyjamas/eve box wankery
Tory propaganda fake posts
The shitey fucking constant cold rain
Commuters having fucking loud phone conversations near me.

That's better. Sorry. Feel free to add.

OP posts:

I gave my cats a middle name so I could say it while stroking the top of their head to the tip of the tail. They loved it. (possibly thinking stop yapping human and feed me) Grin

Butterisbest · 11/12/2019 19:54

@MurrayTheMonk! have a virtual cwtch from me, that must have been very emotional for you Flowers

PrincessHoneysuckle · 11/12/2019 19:56

Oh god.my dog has got a middle name..Balboa

ShivD · 11/12/2019 20:04

My dad used to breed pedigree dogs and they always used to have super long names as far as I can remember and then we’d shorten the names for everyday.

I spend a lot of time being annoyed about stuff, I really need to work on it. Love reading all of these, will think of some others to add....

IHaveBrilloHair · 11/12/2019 20:21

Well Jemima Silverstone Hair* is currently snuggled up with me and she loves her full name, so there.
*Hair isn't actually our real last name.

Winterdaysarehere · 11/12/2019 20:34

My df had an Irish Setter called Janera Ballywesto Sunshine!!

damnthatanxiety · 11/12/2019 20:45

Always gets my goat when people say things like 'Tory propaganda' as if Labour don't do exactly the same. Do people genuinely believe 'their' party is all honesty and ethics? Seriously?

undercoveraessedai · 11/12/2019 20:53

This thread has made my evening!

Taking an hour to find a parking space in town on a fucking Monday morning and then having to phone the council because none of the payment options worked

Cooking. I normally love cooking but have so much to do it's just taking up time I don't have at the moment

People.

Cold drizzly damp grey shitty weather

Being constantly either freezing or far too hot

Dark evenings - roll on solstice

Politics, politicians, the election and the massive headfuck circus that we seem to be living in

That's do. Feel better already Grin

IdentifyasTired · 11/12/2019 20:54

That damn wall in the big bedroom that needs painting but I can't carve out the time/energy to do it.

DH's S.A.D.

Endless money requests at school and everywhere else.

The election and everyone involved in it.

undercoveraessedai · 11/12/2019 20:54

@IHaveBrilloHair you are my kind of human!

Mine are Luna Mischief and Clover Queen Bee 😂

Milanimilani · 11/12/2019 21:30

Tory propaganda would be an excellent name for a dog Crown Grin

albertcamus · 11/12/2019 23:07

Shill-bidding and/or counterfeit-flogging eBayers, and eBay doing nowt about them

Greta Thunberg and those who are pulling her strings

DirectLine increasing car premium 25% because DH has turned 65 despite no claims or other changes since joining them 10years ago

Tesco not watering poinsettias, just leaving them to die of dehydration - I just want to rescue all of them

Ars*holes on trains taking reserved seats & refusing to move

I'm a joyful old bag

VanyaHargreeves · 11/12/2019 23:23

The cult of personality around Greta Thunberg really alarms me too @albertcamus

Climate Change affects 7 billion people, making one Swedish child the poster girl/symbol for it is so strange.

Milanimilani · 11/12/2019 23:39

I used to love buying plants from Tesco when I was little and nursing them back to health.

My brain. Had to stop working because it made my life too hard and now I don’t know what I am going to do.

MurrayTheMonk · 11/12/2019 23:56

Greta Thunberg is amazing in her messaging. And spot on. But I do worry about her in terms of Personal life...

debwomble · 11/12/2019 23:58

Some of the posh mums on here
Am I right ladies

IHaveBrilloHair · 12/12/2019 00:14

Agreed about Greta Thunberg.
Whoever is behind her needs a slap.

MuseumOfYou · 12/12/2019 00:20

People who faff about with their receipts and sort their purses out at the checkout, whilst there's a queue behind them. Shove it in your bag and sort it in your own time!

Gemma2019 · 12/12/2019 02:17

Things getting on my wick at the moment:

Toxic, unhelpful colleagues

Constant London roadworks

Nasty school mums. When I'm speaking and they do that quick glance or eyebrow raise between them thinking they are being subtle I wish they realised that I can see them do it because I have fucking eyes and I'm not completely stupid

Preteen friendship angst - meaning I try to tolerate the above mums
