Seriously, how can this mistake be made? To add insult I've obviously got the four free batteries and not the whole pack!
Now I have to go to the post office and queue to get a receipt and then try and get it somewhere else.
What's the crappest thing to turn up that you weren't expecting?

Oddly, the return address is to a laser cutting company (looked cos I work around there)...Why would they have vegan eggs in the first place?

You can use things like flaxseed for things like baking or chickpea water for meringue.

This is the brand I ordered from amazon. It substitutes egg in recipes or you can scramble it to add texture to a meal.

But I'm going to try the chickpea thing I didn't know about.

I ordered myself a Cath Kidson wash bag and a Frozen diary arrived with a frozen pen and a dinky padlock. But for the fact the delivery note said it was a wash bag, I’d have thought I’d ordered it for one of my grandchildren!
The company asked me to return it to the post office, I said I will when I’m passing!

I use that egg replacer in cooking sometimes Noeuf as my DS is allergic to eggs amongst other things but I can't imagine being able to scramble it. Have you done it before, and if so, how did you do it and how dis it come out?

This is what I was going to do (main thing was for muffins for egg free visitor) - many years ago I used to get something similar from health food shops and scramble it so assumed it was the same.
