Mumsnet returner. Haven't been around for 6/7 years but I'm really struggling at the moment. Could do with support and somewhere to chat. Anyone care to join me?

I'm in bits. Dd1 was sick in the night on nye, dh sorted it all out thankfully. Now he's feeling really queasy and I'm terrified me and dd2 are going to get it. I'm so anxious, nervous tummy. I hate this fear so much.

HorseGallopingOnATomato · 02/01/2020 14:05

Oh no @Luckoftheirish! Sending lots of good wishes your way!

Spoonsmum · 02/01/2020 15:47

Bleach everything. Try and keep separate toilet/ towels. Hand wash hand wash hand wash. Sorry that happened, sending positive thoughts

Thanks everyone, Dh still feeling very poorly but no sick yet. I'm on high alert. I can barely eat for worrying

readyforchangenow · 05/01/2020 09:58

How is everyone?

Spoonsmum · 05/01/2020 12:34

Yes @Luckoftheirish hope you’re all well

Luckoftheirish · 05/01/2020 13:13

Thanks so much for checking in dd1 and dh are better still on high alert. Dd2 who normally eats all around her hasn't got much of an appetite today so I feel like I'm high alert. She has gone to a birthday party so hope she doesn't call me to pick her up. I keep counting the days in between each person hoping that we've escaped. This is truly a horrible phobia

Spoonsmum · 05/01/2020 16:35

I always panic when one of my kids doesn’t eat. And kids birthday parties send my anxiety through the roof. I hope you’re over it all and you can start to relax

Sorry not to have been around for a while. How are you all doing?
