To feel sorry for Katie Price?

Don’t feel sorry for her at all other than having a child with severe disabilities.

She’s had more money at her disposal than the average person could only ever dream of. Totally understand how people in regular jobs can end up in debt, trying to make ends meat, but the money she’s clearly wasted over the years, millions and millions. I feel sorry for the average person.

My ex hairdresser used to do her extensions... said she was ‘lovely’ apparently.... there is a reason she is my ex hairdresser, I wasn't terribly impressed with the car crash way she put her life on social media...

I feel sorry for her.

She became famous very suddenly at 18 for taking her clothes off. I know legally an adult but anyone with an 18 year old knows that it is totally wrong.

She also made bad choices of men and no doubt is court ordered to pay vast amounts of child support/maintenance. Look at any young lotto winner. The money is always spent in a few years.

While not a child star I think riding to fame for taking your clothes of at 17/18 does not a stable person make.

I wonder what happens to her now , going bankrupt does that make her homeless?can the bank take it all now?
I do feel for her and why kick someone when they are already down.

I have just skimmed the news so she was out the night before court case and out once declared bankrupt with professionally done make up ???

If she wants sympathy she certainly isn’t going to get it behaving the way she is.

I think he broke her completely, he was the final straw imo. She tried to reinvent herself in his image of perfect and he kept changing the goalposts

Shes not a well woman, and seems to attract/be attracted to the biggest losers and leeches out there.

Her Mums not well, and shes always been a constant for her.

I also feel sorry for the kids.

I hope she gets herself together for all their sakes.

I read that she is a raging coke addict. No idea if it is true or not, but it would explain where a lot of her money goes.

I don't feel sorry for her. She needs to sort herself out.

I feel sorry for her lack of self esteem and lurching from one desperate relationship to the next.
But I don't feel sorry for her going bankrupt. She's blown millions on vanity. Granted, thats likely some form of body dismorphia but she has had access to the best therapists in the world. I feel sorry for her kids, living with her must be hard.

All those berating the men she has been with for causing it, come on!! Where does personal responsibility come in? She may have been young when she was posing in glamour shots, but she isn't young and certainly can't blame being naive anymore.

I always thought she grew up a bit when Harvey was born withe additional needs, and she has tried hard for him. But failing to mature is all on her, not the men sin her life. She goes from one man to another, and doesn't seem to like being alone.

I just hope she has a trust for Harvey, at least. He will need assistance all his life, and now she cannot afford it.

She must be an absolute nightmare to live with.

I remember the days when all I coukd hear were people saying what a canny business woman Katie was. I feel sorry for her. She has not planned for life after fame and the creep of age. She has a son with complex needs to care for and that alone is enough for anyone to cope with.
I hope she shows her usual resilience and bounces back out she looks more like a sideshow than main event.
How did she afford all the recent surgery though?

I doubt she’ll ever be visiting food banks.

Katie may turn up at a food bank. She has no discernible skills to fall back on. Age has caught up on her meaning her only bargaining chip has gone. A fall from fame can be steep and fast. It has happened to plenty of others in the past and I these days of such a fast paced media, Katie will forgotten in a blink. And that us t going to go well for her and her sense of self. I think she is going to suffer a lot with that and that's quite sad.

I don't doubt it. It's a photo op, as is everything else in her life.

I don't feel she comes across as very likeable, however, I feel sorry for her as she obviously has MH issues and I think they stem from abuse when she was younger.
I would have hoped that if she had any advisors they might have persuaded her to keep a low profile and get professional help.
Uncontrolled spending could be part of a MH issue, but I am a bit about the figures that tabloids are claiming. I can't believe it's even possible to spend £1500/wk on nails or £800 on massages.
I reckon she'll still be cropping up in papers and going on holidays like when Kerry Katona got made bankrupt. I think she will feel she needs to.

I looked at some reports online about her house. Pretty bad. But ot as bad as her idea to turn it onto a wedding venue!
If her marriage track record is an indication of this particular business plans success then bankruptcy is o surprise

I think that she has actually had a very sad life, and all the money in the world was not going to make up for that. She has been taken advantage of by everyone she has come across and from a very young age had to contend with the most toxic period of paparazzi. I hope she gets herself out of this mess and lives the rest of her life out of the limelight.

Bankrupt when so many people have always said what a shrewd businesswoman she was? She tried to build a brand as Jordan but unfortunately at almost every opportunity sullied that brand with her behaviour and insistence on talking about everything.

I gather in her latest series she apologies to her latest poor sod of a bloke for cheating on him. You'd think after how she felt and behaved after being cheated on herself she'd know better.

I feel sorry for the children. I feel no sympathy for her. Bed totally and utterly of her own making.

I feel sorry for her and sorrier still for those who have to live with her. She needs help, her life is a car crash.

I think we have to be grateful she is nearly past childbearing age, although she has talked about adopting. Please let this not happen.

I bet Peter thanks his lucky stats he left when he did. He might not be everyone's cup of tea but he loves his kids and with his new wife, I suspect, offers them much more stability than the car crash which is Katie price. She has new step dad's every other week, inviting god knows who into her house because she has such shite self esteem. She's been on a roller coaster for years and years. Sadly, I don't think this is the end of it.
