As litte as possible. I had a hysterectomy two days ago so I'm not plannng to leave the sofa.

DisgraceToTheYChromosome · 16/11/2019 12:51

Sleeping off my week of nights. Finished at 0600 this morning, 3 hours later than planned after the accident at Wetherby shut the motorway for 5 hours.

Mitsouko67 · 16/11/2019 13:00

Home now after morning with DS in music academy. Think I will take a nap. Tired after a hectic week 'on'. DH away on a long trip.

Tomorrow sports at 9am then travelling for work to be at Monday morning meeting.

In good health and not working nights. Looking forward to nap and seeing family tomorrow.

Going to the village Christmas lights switch on thing. Browsing crap craft stalls etc. Would rather stay at home and read a book, but made this arrangement in a fleeting moment of pre-Christmas cheer.

MillieMoodle · 16/11/2019 13:20

Proper lazy morning as football was cancelled, which was lovely. Been to collect DH's car from garage. Off to garden centre shortly to look at the Christmas bits. No plans for this evening but TV and wine! Football tomorrow morning, visiting my parents then DS1 has swimming. Then back to work on Monday.

LesLavandes · 16/11/2019 13:40

Working today and tomorrow

Iamnotaroboteither · 16/11/2019 13:41

I am putting away my 8 year olds pants. He wanted to see how many pairs he could wear at once. He got to 21 before I said he may now never be able to have children.

RunningNinja79 · 16/11/2019 14:03

Had a cold the last few days and have been rather tired over the past couple of weeks so today is a relaxing day. Tomorrow Im doing a half marathon up in the Cheviots so less relaxing. Just glad I have booked Monday off as leave.

Crunchymum · 16/11/2019 14:08

All plans cancelled (begrudgingly as we were meant to have a mini / family birthday party for DC1 tomorrow) due to illness.

Kids had it week before but now me and DP have that awful virus doing the rounds. I can barely do the essentials, let alone host 10 people + kids for a few hours.

Frownette · 16/11/2019 14:08

@CointreauVersial hope you're not in pain.

Just boring stuff today, cooking and housework, though I may buy a sparkly dress for Xmas day later. And visit the wildlife sanctuary.

TheReluctantCountess · 16/11/2019 14:12

Nothing because we’re skint.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 16/11/2019 14:15

CV - hope you're feeling okay. Got lots of nice books?

Had to change our plans today due to a train strike. So we went out for coffee, nipped to Sainsbo's, went out for more coffee and now chilling. Round to friends' later for a takeaway and board games.

Seeing eldest tomorrow, and maybe doing some baking later on.

Shockers · 16/11/2019 15:31

I’m rendered useless by the cold (arthritis) and a recent injury, so I’m allowing myself some r&r in my big chair with the fire on low. I’m watching Four in a Bed and marvelling at the mean spiritedness of folk when they want to win something Grin.

CointreauVersial · 16/11/2019 16:10

Thanks Frownette and Remus - I'm being well looked after, and have aaallll the drugs.

BloodyCats · 16/11/2019 16:11

Building a 6ft Lego tower. Almost halfway there!

FurryDogMother · 16/11/2019 16:21

Today, I'm entertaining the dogs, and making a New York cheesecake, whilst DH is in the pub for the afternoon (to be fair, he did a 60 mile round trip this morning to pick up the stuff that Tesco had failed to give him in yesterday's click 'n collect order). The cheesecake will be the dessert for tomorrow's roast beef, which I'm cooking round at a friend's house whilst he and DH decamp to the pub again, and I use our friend's bath, as my plumbing is on the blink and we have no hot water! Exciting stuff, eh? In the interests of full disclosure, I've recently given up alcohol, which is why there's no way I want to join them in the pub, and I'd rather have them out of the way whilst I cook :)

BackforGood · 16/11/2019 16:42

Procrastinating, mostly.

What I should be doing, is a very different story.

MinnieMountain · 16/11/2019 16:47

I took DS to a party whilst DH played hockey.
We're going to a star party soon (star gazing and talks about space).
Tomorrow is swimming and Pizza Express. We've had 4 busy weekends in a row so it will be nice to do our favourite Sunday.

OverByYer · 16/11/2019 16:49

I’ve been to yoga this morning. Done the washing. Am really bored but don’t know what to do. Too cold to go out.

xxmother · 16/11/2019 16:52

Attempted to start Xmas shopping

Nothing jumped out at me to buy. So called at supermarket got comfort food for afternoon

scrapaja · 16/11/2019 16:55

Relaxed on the bed with my 20 month old son this morning as he's not well.

Went to the shop by myself.

Staying in with my husband tonight.

DookofBust · 16/11/2019 17:02

Very little here, feeling slightly rough but have had a really stressful week both at work and at home so feel like I need a break.

I was going to go for a walk but watched a film with my new kitten sat on my knee instead. He is still asleep and I am on film 2! Two hours and counting

MargotMoon · 16/11/2019 17:08

Canvassing for the Labour Party in a marginal 🌹

Mehmehmeh19 · 16/11/2019 18:06

DH and I both worked this morning.

Nice long dog walk this afternoon, now I've lit the fire. DH making pizza it's just gone in the oven and smells so good!

I've opened a beer 🍺 watch something of Netflix later.

Tomorrow DD. Is coming home from uni 🥰 for Sunday lunch

stucknoue · 16/11/2019 18:12

Date tomorrow, wish me luck because he seems really nice unlike the last few
