Today was errands in town with DS while DH did park run then we all went to a cafe for coffee and cake. Home for lunch and playing/watching TV. DS had a party at 2 and DH and chatted to the other parents. Home to cook Toad in the Hole which we have just eaten. Tomorrow is chatter church, eye test and then another party!

Went for nice pub meal with friends last night and home for coffees, then daughter and fiancé arrived about half past eleven.
Went with them to meet event coordinator at the reception venue and then to look at church for decoration thoughts. Pub lunch with them and a very cold dog walk.
Tomorrow we’ll go to church, walk the dog and I’ve a welcome home cake to make and decorate for our son, who finishes deployment this week.
Then papers and clothes ready for work for next week.

My niece and I are off to visit my daughter at uni. So its Xmas market and pizza tonight then shopping and spa afternoon tomorrow, nice girly time.

Nice lie in this morning. DD left to spend day at her new boyfriend's house, so DH and I popped out for a pub lunch. We witnessed a car accident from the pub window (no one hurt, luckily).

Came home and I did a quick tidy in the garden. Now drinking coffee on the sofa while DH is plugged into his laptop. Just a lazy evening ahead watching Netflix and enjoying the perfume of my gorgeous new scented candle.

Tomorrow will be laundry, finish the garden tidy, more laundry and a late pub lunch.

Mainly relaxing. Took dd2 to a kickboxing tournament this morning.
When we got back, she took ds into town because he wanted to spend his birthday money and i needed to have a declutter.
Lit the fire now, dd1 is sitting by it doing her homework, dp and dd2 are cooking up a Mexican feast. Ds is dancing about in the kitchen in a strange fashion to the music.
I’m enjoying a cherry brandy by the fire and enjoying the peace!!
Tomorrow we will get out for a walk together and stop off in a pub for hot chocolate (kids) and beer (us).
We’ve got pulled pork for dinner tomorrow and dd2 is cooking her sourdough which is currently proving now and said she’s also going to make sticky toffee pudding.
A fairly typical weekend for us.

DDs had a day camp with Beavers and Cubs today. Sounds like they had an awesome time... Obstacle course, inflatable jousting, caving, archery, axe throwing and climbing. Meanwhile DH cleared out the garage and I had a relaxing bath in peace and did housework.

Tomorrow... More boring house stuff while DFs have fun with Grandad.

Made the Christmas puddings this morning. Watched European rugby on tv all afternoon, and read the papers. Cooked a nice steak this evening.
Going to watch my rugby team play in the European cup tomorrow afternoon with DD and DSil; hope it doesn't rain!
And try to work our a way to stop one of my cats from stripping all the sealant off from round my windows!

I need to be more organised like everyone else.
