Actually I do. The media has something that they want to print about him but can't as it's illegal to print. He won't give that to them (I'm not revealing it as he's entitled to privacy) and in think they're trying to make him reveal that by accusing him of this. It was covered in my media law training. I don't trust the media on this one.

If I ever date again, I will ask my prospective partner to prove he can get a positive action on.

The cynic in me also thinks he means that, as a man, sex is always a positive action, even if it's a negative action for the woman.
