Just that.. I need inspiration today. Ooh and ideally something easy and quick ish

Well I’m making chicken pie with scrunched up filo pastry on top. Not sure that’s quick and easy though.

For easy I go for pasta or baked potatoes or freezer surprise!

Quick and easy pasta with vegetables, the recipe says peas, tomatoes and courgette but DC won't eat courgette so we are putting green beans in instead (the challenges of trying to make meals everyone eats when DH is vegan and DC won't eat aubergine, courgette, spinach, kale, peppers)

I've leftover roast chicken so I'm making keto muffins with lots of cheese, fresh cream and some broccoli. Can't wait

Salmon on top of Mediterranean roasted veg. Just chop and shove it all in the oven.

Baked potatoes with beans and cheese with a side salad. One of my favourites!

We're having steak, jacket potatoes and salad. Was going to be tandoori chicken salad pittas but sirloin steaks were reduced in Lidl this morning so grabbed them instead.

Roast chicken with veg, potatoes, gravy and Yorkshire puddings.

Borrrriiing for us today, I work from home today and Mondays are just a bad day all round so it's jacket potatoes with a choice of fillings.
Dc1 & dc4 have just cheese, dc2 cheese & beans, dc3 tuna& sweet corn and I have alll the toppings and dc3 discarded skins

We're having chilli on jacket spuds today.

Meatballs braised in tomato sauce with pasta and tiger bread

Roast chicken, mashed carrot and swede, kale, roast potatoes and gravy :)

We're having a roast tomorrow and I can't wait! Already dreaming about it ❤️

Flying this evening so it'll be an airport snack for me!

Cauliflower curry (possibly made with a jar of sauce if I can’t be bothered to cook).

DH has pork chops, me and DD have crispy duck salad and other DD will prob have pesto pasta!

Meatballs & mozzarella in a herby tomato sauce with spaghetti, with Frangipane tart & cream for pudding.

Lemon chicken, onion rings, corn cobs and garlic flatbread

Salmon baked in foil, Marks and Sparks potato gratin and some steam veggies

Kids are having pesto chicken & pasta

Steak and horseradish pies (lidl). Mash, broccoli and gravy

Bit fragmented in our house today, everyone's off doing different things

cottage cheese salad for me

pea and ham soup for dh

Chicken(not chicken) dashi.

I love pork dashi, but we're reducing our meat consumption, so we're trying this weird mock chicken. Hope it tastes better than it looks!

Bolognese for us and I'm making extra to freeze.

This was a bad thread to read when it's such a stretch until tea time! Most of these are making my mouth water..... except that fake chicken thing Cointreau! Errrr, let me know how that goes 😆

My day off today so I’ve made a big pot of beef stew and another of bolognese. Should keep us going for a few days.
