Just that.. I need inspiration today. Ooh and ideally something easy and quick ish

Left over chilli with jacket spuds and salad

Im doing carbonara tonight. Very quick and easy and delicious!

Buffalo chicken tacos with chopped tomatoes, peppers and home made coleslaw.

Chicken schnitzels with rice, vegetables and Golden Curry sauce (japanese sauce mix, managed to find it on Amazon and now we can’t live without it ).

Haha @GinZinger Yeah....it wasn't my idea, but DP has been ordering lots of meat, not meat, fish, not fish items recently. I think I'd rather just eat less meat and more veg, but I guess we still need the protein 🤔

Anyway, hoping DP doesn't ruin one of my favourite meals 🤞

Some sort of mac and cheese with bacon. I was going to do a carbonara but we only have pasta rather than spaghetti or linguine.

Toad in the hole, with carrots and peas, maybe mash? Or roast potatoes. Can't decide

Fish pie from the freezer that a friend made for us!

Just about to start making lasagne. Well, dd2 is mainly making it (she's nearly 16) and I'm just sitting in the kitchen chatting to her and helping with the cheese sauce!

Not quick but I'm having salt and pepper chicken, pork chops, mash, roast potatoes, veg, stuffing, yorkies the MIL took it upon herself to send her 'cooked dinner' with my partner yesterday so I'm cooking my own tonight

I don't think I have ever had those 'chicken pieces' but have tried other not-meat from that brand and it is ok. The 'steak' is nice as long as you aren't expecting it to be exactly like actual steak.

I’ve made a cheese & veg pie, so that with left over veg from last nights roast (cauliflower, leeks, cabbage and broccoli) and maybe so mash if DC want it.

I've taken sausage pasta out of the freezer for the family as I'm at work. I have banana porridge with me and I had mushroom omelette and salad for lunch.

Quick Monday dinner- baked sweet potato with beans and cheese and a side salad!

@CointreauHotChocolate Maybe I'll have to bite the bullet and see if they're any good, I've tried one meat substitute and it was so vile I haven't been able to bring myself to try any more! hopefully it'll taste better than bullets but I'm not holding out too much hope
