What's your second favourite ring food?

Ring doughnuts would obviously be top of everybody's list, so what's second?

Mine would be the Onion Ring. With BBQ sauce to dip them in.

I’m not sure ring donuts are even in my top 10.

I’m going for sesame seed bagel no. 1 and calamari no. 2.

The makers of party rings should be sued for using a name which suggests they taste like something other than sugary cardboard.

Nah, a ring doughnut has nothing on onion rings or calamari! In fact I'd go as far as saying that in the doughnut rankings it's probably third place at best after jam and custard filled ones.

Prawn ring should be disallowed- otherwise it’s any food. I can arrange anything in a ring.

There used to be this packet mix cake when I was a kind. Chocolate cake with a hazelnut cream filling and chocolate icing. I loved it. So that’s first.

Joint second would be those dough rings that McDonalds used to do that were dipped in dairy milk. Tied with a sugared cream doughring split and filled with artificial cream that my grandma used to get me sometimes from the baker on the corner of her street.

Paris Brest are lovely.

Although I’ve never had a cronut and I reckon that could be a contender.
