Microwave baby potatoes in butter and a coleslaw. Sometimes crusty bread too, if I'm by the shops that day.

I love it on its own with a bit of lemon.

Fish cakes are great tho. Bit of whole grain mustard and caramelised onions - delicious!

Mackerel dauphinois - layered sliced potatoes, onions and mackerel bound in double cream and stock, and finished with Parmesan. We serve this as a main meal, with load of dressed watercress or spinach on the side. Yum.

Just as it is, with more pepper on it, with lemon and brown bread and butter. Yummy.
