Dance song from around 2000 - girl running through train station and deserted streets? What is it?! Help!

I can't remember anything about it except I really liked it years agoGrin

The music video featured a girl (maybe with a guy but not sure?) running through what I think was a train station and urban streets with no other people around. Was a big chart hit around 2000, maybe a year earlier or a couple later.

Does this ring any bells for anyone?

Ken the poster said the streets were deserted, but in that one, everyone was looking at her heart. So to speak 😂

TheGirlWhoLived · 17/10/2019 00:10

All the things she said? Tatu!?

TheGirlWhoLived · 17/10/2019 00:10

Or the other one by them

LookImAHooman · 17/10/2019 00:16

Another one who straight away thought of Missing and hasn’t seen the vid since its time.

AlwaysCheddar · 17/10/2019 06:46

Tiffany.... I think we’re alone now??

Stabbitha · 17/10/2019 09:33

I loved that tatu song but all I remember from that video was tartan miniskirts and rain?

AmazingBouncingFerret · 17/10/2019 13:43

The message I’ve took home from this thread is that most dance tracks from the late 90’s early 2000’s had music videos that involved lots of serious looking women running around deserted streets...

AliceLittle · 17/10/2019 14:16

Josh Wink - Higher state of Consciousness?

GorgeousLadyofWrestling · 17/10/2019 14:17

St Etienne - He’s on the Phone? Although that might be pre 2000.

Ohwhatbliss · 17/10/2019 14:22

As previously suggested is it not Missing by everything but the girl?

AutumnRose1 · 17/10/2019 14:47

Maybe @AbsentmindedWoman forgot the thread....

HeadLikeAFuckinOrange · 17/10/2019 14:48

Mauro Picotto, Proximus

First thing that came to mind!

whitershadeofpale · 17/10/2019 14:51

Roger Sanchez- Another Chance? []

ACertainIdea · 17/10/2019 15:09

Hideaway by Kiesza?

LOL, it's not that old! In the same vein, maybe it's Bing Crosby, Singing in the Rain

whitershadeofpale · 17/10/2019 15:46

Ooops sorry for the x-posts, I didn't refresh Blush still think it's Roger Sanchez though.

Morgan12 · 18/10/2019 16:55

I still think it's Something by Lasgo

PippiDeLena · 18/10/2019 18:29

No idea but this thread has some absolute bangers on! Ahh misspent youth.

TheMarzipanDildo · 18/10/2019 18:34

Surely Tiffany is a completely different era?!

MissCharleyP · 18/10/2019 18:40

The first thing that came to my mind was Sandstorm by Darude.

AutumnRose1 · 19/10/2019 16:37

Yes, it's a great thread
Shame the OP hadn't been back.

Clearly there's a theme for a video show - dance tunes in tunnels.

What is that about, is it that so many of us went to underground raves in the 90s 😂

TopBitchoftheWitches · 19/10/2019 16:47

Fabulous tunes on this thread !

BelgianWhistles · 19/10/2019 18:43

Could it be Turn Back Time by Aqua? There are lots of clips from Sliding Doors but the woman is in an empty tube station for the rest of it. Released in 1997 so a little earlier than 2000

BelgianWhistles · 19/10/2019 18:44

Oops, sorry- missed that it was a dance song! Blush

TalkUsernameYoudLike · 19/10/2019 20:22

Dee Dee - Forever? Woman running around a train station.

Aaarrgghhh · 20/10/2019 16:00

Okay it seems op isn’t coming back to confirm or not if any of the songs suggested are correct. Can I put out a song for people to find? So all I remember is kind of a house shape? Different rooms but there were no walls? Mixed sex group of singers I think. And that’s all I know. I don’t even know if I liked the song or not but I remember bits off it and nothing more and curiously has me.
