Dance song from around 2000 - girl running through train station and deserted streets? What is it?! Help!

I can't remember anything about it except I really liked it years agoGrin

The music video featured a girl (maybe with a guy but not sure?) running through what I think was a train station and urban streets with no other people around. Was a big chart hit around 2000, maybe a year earlier or a couple later.

Does this ring any bells for anyone?

I can picture a video of a girl running through the streets with a boy/young man. I can see it but no idea of the song. Helpful I know.

I have no idea but would like to see if you figure it out. I have a song that I remember vague things about but have no idea who it is or any of the lyrics etc. Even googling hasn’t helped.
