We live 3 miles down an A road from dc school. They get the general public bus at 7.30 as the traffic is so bad. School starts at 8.45. Every 2 lates is a detention.
There is another school about a mile further along. They have a designated free school bus for their pupils. When I leave for work at half 8, it is always stuck in the traffic. There is no way it even gets there for 9. Would you think the late kids on that bus would get detention/other punishment as they would in my dc school? As there are other busses they can get earlier, and pay for but they have no control over what time their school bus comes.
I know this has no impact on me what so ever and it nobody on here will know the answer for sure but it's really bugging me and I don't know anybody who goes there to ask lol
