Inspire me please!!!

Today I'm having a ham shank with apple sauce, mashed potatoes, runner beans, carrots, peas, gravy and a glass of cider.

I have taken advantage of DS's promise to eat the bolognese and I have added loads of vegetables and some red lentils that I intend to blend in thoroughly.

I like the idea of bolognese and cheese toasties!!!!!

I also very much like the idea of cider.

Jamie's mince and onion pie with greens and lemon posset I made this morning for pud. Can't wait.

We had oven pizza tonight, but last night after the kids were in bed I made the most amazing orzo with lemon, garlic and roast veg. New recipe and will definitely be going on the rotation.

I didn’t put in the mushrooms, pine nuts or feta as dh isn’t keen but it was delicious all the same

"Chicken in paper" (Maggi Oh So Juicy pre-oiled and seasoned envelopes that you cook chicken in to flavour it and keep it moist), mashed potatoes, and random vegetables stir fried.

Cod & chips

Dp batters the cod and makes the chips.

Tonight we're having roast duck, stir fried Savoy cabbage and roasted celeriac. I'm low carbing cos otherwise it'd be a big dirty Domino's 😂
