Colleen has claimed on Twitter that Vardy has been selling stories on her!

I bet this happens a lot to celebs, although my first guess would not have another celeb!

A good friend of Ryan Reynolds tried to sell photos of Ryan's first baby, but Ryan figured out it was him. They'd been friends from childhood, really tight. I'd be so paranoid after that.

Coleens statement has been very deliberately and carefully worded to ensure she's not directly accusing RV of selling the stories (hence the word 'account'). I imagine she's had a shit load of legal advice on this.

If that's going to be RV's defence, she remember that she should take care to make sure her PA and other people can't just pick up her phone and read other people's stories that are clearly private and for viewing by only a select few.

Those celebrity accounts probably are run by a team of people, not just the individuals themselves. So I doubt Rebekah has done anything.

I remember William and Kate doing something similar years ago. They worked out that one of their circle was leaking stories to the media, so they started telling various friends ridiculous false stories to weed them out.

I believe Coleen 100%. Rebekah Vardy has always had a really unpleasant air to her, and she was really nasty on Im a Celebrity Get me out of Here. Also, Jamie is estranged from his family. Allegedly because they all dislike her so much.

It's not clear whether 'It's.... Rebekah Vardy's account' (😂) is her public one that everyone sees, and therefore other PR people etc probably have access to, or a private friends and family only one, like the one Coleen has. I would have thought it would be the latter as I would imagine that lots of famous people have 2 accounts. And that is unlikely to be accessed by others.

If she did, and Coleen challenged it could the S*n be compelled to reveal that she was their source

I feel like at this stage if RV DOES NOT pursue a libel case, it tells it's own story

Yes I'm sure she did but I also think in terms of the media reaction and the interpretation that it IS RV not just "her account" she has a fairly strong libel case should it be a false statement

Her statement just says RV’s account had access and not that RV herself was responsible. RV hasn’t denied her account had access and is saying she was hacked.
