@MissPepper8 if it was just diamanté/belonged up stuff I would be polite and say it’s not my thing.

However, these items have used a logo from a famous brand and that’s what grated on people as the use of the logo is horrendous.

I’m part of the Vero programme on eBay to rid the site of fake merchandise concerning leather goods and clothing.

Fake goods are hideous and homemade fake goods only serve to cheapen the brand name.

It should not be encouraged.

Op. As said the blings not an issue for me, I also am a bit of a magpie. But why the fake logos? It's immediately obvious they are fake. Which makes them tacky. Arguably even the real deal with heavy logos is tacky, but obviouslyfake and it's a million times worse.

One think I’ve always wondered with these, do people know they are fake and appreciate that others think they are fake but like and enjoy them nonetheless. Or are they really trying to kid friends and family they’ve bought a genuine Chanel pedestal mat or Christmas bauble? If it’s the latter, why not stick to stuff Chanel actually make like bags and shoes and jewellery.

I like the bling but not the fake branded things people seem to have, from candles to cushions!

A glitter candle holder and placemats without a brand is inoffensive and I worry about people who get so heated about how others decorate their house.

I think they are quite trashy tacky but obviously everyone likes different things and if they make you happy then that's what matters.
