I think throughout all the series there's evidence that Roy is attracted to Jen and vice versa, but they never quite get it together. DH isn't so sure. Which one of us is right?

That’s the one. We still use that line at home when someone has something they shouldn’t...

Biancadelrioisback · 24/09/2019 08:12

Hahaha I always shout that too whenever I see DH with a box of something.

Didn't they end up in bed together in the last episode?!

LordProfFekkoThePenguinPhD · 24/09/2019 08:16

I think they did didn’t they after a horrible drunk night out - bus wasn’t Moss there too?

I've just started watching again from the beginning.

Fruityb · 24/09/2019 16:47

No she ended up with Moss; Roy was with the therapist who looked like his mother; and Richmond and Denholm ended up in bed.

Denholm is genius - Douglas is even better somehow!

CaptainMyCaptain · 24/09/2019 16:54

At the end of episode 3 I think she fancies him a bit but he's not interested. Maybe it's one of those things where they never fancy each other at the same time. I've just watched Chris O'Dowd in State of the Union, he's improved with age - quite sexy.

I love, love love Richmond. And Moss. Is that weird?

picklemepopcorn · 24/09/2019 16:59

So fabulous.

iklboo · 24/09/2019 17:08

DS does a brilliant Moss impression.

DS does a brilliant Moss impression.

The snogging against the garage with Moss & Roy avoiding the police made me howl with laughter.

CaptainMyCaptain · 24/09/2019 17:13

The first one we ever watched was the one where they go to the theatre and Roy gets stuck in the disabled toilet. It made us howl.

Janleverton · 24/09/2019 17:13

I love the one at the theatre. Moss ending up behind the bar.

Janleverton · 24/09/2019 17:14

X post!

I met Matt Berry in a bar in London a few months ago late at night. He is achingly shy perhaps put off by my shouting "FATHER!!!" at him but he was with a super cool Welsh couple and we all had a couple of drinks. My poor date didn't get a look in 🤣

Bunnybigears · 24/09/2019 17:19

I think Jen had a soft sport for both Roy and Moss but not in a fancying them kind of a way.

GummyGoddess · 24/09/2019 17:22

I remember the new emergency services number but not DH's, which he has had for over a decade.

I’m so sad.

I love the IT Crowd! Our cat is named after Richmond and I often get blank looks when people say "Richmond, like the sausages?" and I reply "no, Richmond like the cupboard goth!"

Binforky · 24/09/2019 21:37

Goth to boss!

Oh and that song in the theater one got stuck in my head "I love willies"

probablynotrelevant · 24/09/2019 21:45

Have you tried turning it off and on again.

CaptainMyCaptain · 26/09/2019 19:35

Inspired by this thread I've binge watched all 5 series. I'm struck by how surprisingly lovely Noel Fielding looks with shirtblonde hair. Goth to Boss.

Fruityb · 27/09/2019 16:40

I never get tired of it. I’ve watched it through so many times and I still laugh my head off.

This and Black books will forever be genius.

Delatron · 27/09/2019 16:49

Makes me cry with laughter.

The window cleaner one!!

BirthdayCakes · 27/09/2019 16:57

Did you see that ludicrous display last night?

Grambler · 27/09/2019 17:06

I love asking DD if she's fallen to the Communists. She says they have some strong arguments Grin
