Thomas Cook-Disney Land Paris Booking

Just wondering if anyone can help with this! We have booked Disneyland Paris with Thomas Cook. We aren’t due to go until next August and we have paid the deposit of £353. Now they have collapsed, what will
Happen? I understand all holidays will be cancelled but as far as I am aware the booking is actually with DLP and Thomas Cook just act as an agent? Will we be entitled to just carry on with the booking ( with DLP) or will it get cancelled as we will get our money back? We didn’t have any travel booked with them.

I feel desperately sorry for the staff of Thomas Cook but if anyone can shed any light on this that would be great.

Thanks

Has anyone even had an email back from Disneyland because it’s been almost a week I think since I emailed

Thanks to everyone on this thread, I'd given up before coming across it.

Managed to get through to DLP this morning on their "special" line for Thomas Cook customers and relieved to hear that our booking whilst frozen has not been cancelled.

We'd already sent payment information to [email protected] so should hear something back from them shortly - by shortly I understand that to mean within the next week or two. Which is ok, we don't travel till 3rd November.

@jadeprincess19, they are working through emails in order of travel date and order in which they arrive. But as a rough guide, I was told if you aren't traveling in the next 10 days then you aren't the immediate priority.

I due to go 10th November and really worried as I paid cash for my booking? Anyone else pay cash and the booking was still ok? I’ve sent over paperwork to say that the amount due was £0.00 as I had paid it
