Ok, I'm no Prue Leith but I know there's some baking experts here on MN...
I'm about to start making a cake for DS's birthday tomorrow. He's requested a particular character so I need to make a square cake.
Only have round cake tins. But I have just found a perfect sized square Pyrex dish...
Is there any earthly reason why I shouldn't use this? I'll line it with baking parchment...
(I have no idea if this a dumb question or just my head thinking it's a bit weird. Like drinking Cup-a-Soup from a bowl would work but is, well, a bit weird....)
