Mine is paper straws. They make my fingers tense up. Shudder.

My one year old pinching my collar bone, elbow, boobs and stomach while i try and try and fail to get her to sleep. Basically anyone touching me. I need a break from people right now.

Spiders, cobwebs, taxidermy, slugs, maggots, daddy long legs, Corbyn, Owen Jones, George Clooney, Hugh Grant, The Obama’s, The Clinton’s, Merkel, Soros, James Nesbitt, Gary Lineker, modern feminists, polystyrene cups, paper straws, the feet of most people (excluding my family), dirty (grime) looking people who are not homeless or have mental health problems and are just content not to wash, over exposed flesh of the morbidly obese, dirty snow or when it’s turned to black slush, blood, phlegm that some odious person has heaved up onto a pavement ...... and many, many more too numerous to mention! 😩😂

Bin juice (not envy!)

Metallic scraping sounds, or the taste/smell of plated cutlery when the plate has started to wear off or sometimes the smell of metal generally.

I watched this video to try to get over the metal smell thing - he goes deep into the chemistry of why metal smells like it does - but it didn't work, it still gives me the judders.

Trypophobia.... Anything with holes... Clusters etc... Basically honeycomb, lotus pods... Ughi could vom xx

Fingernails scraping on car paintwork 😱 makes me shudder thinking about.
Cutlery scraping on plates.
Swimming pool changing room floors.

The juice at the bottom of the food recycling bin

That solid polystyrene stuff used to protect tellies in boxes etc

Manky teeth (I really couldn’t be a dentist)

The noise the cat litter scoop makes against the bottom of the litter tray - it makes my eyes feeling like they’re bulging out of their sockets
