when there was one last week which MPs voted against.

Is the voting mechanism different today?

Would love to better understand the workings of Parliament.

Emily on tv again (thornberry) talking about getting government safe again.

She will not uphold ref result. At all.

I don't know what mental gymnastics she has to perform to sit there and call Boris et Al liars. She's been called out on not supporting ref inspite of saying she would.

I just can't believe it. It's like watching brain washed cult victim.

Supporting the referendum result does not mean automatically supporting the deal that Theresa May brought back.

Because the ERG claim to support the referendum result and they also did not support the deal Theresa May brought back.

So why is it ok for them not to support it - but not ok for other MPs not to support it Hmm

The referendum result was corruptly delivered, I don’t see why anyone should have to treat it with reverence.

You could argue remain had a second bite of the cherry when may ca2lled a general election

The election with a tory manifesto promising to deliver a 'smooth and orderly Brexit' and a Labour manifesto explicitly ruling out no deal.
The election where over 90% of voters wanted either an orderly exit or to remain. That was more than 30 million votes against a 'no deal'

Never thought I'd live to see the day when Ken Clarke was labelled left wing. Only on mn!
