Yes we benefited from an umpire error, we’ve also been on the other side of them too. Part of the game is using the reviews available and if Australia hadn’t squandered theirs, then they’d have had a review left for that call. Part of the skill of the game innit, unlike sandpapering the ball 🤷🏻‍♀️

They clearly don't remember the days before the third umpire when the on field umpires' decisions were final! None of this reviewing!

Everybody refers to the '81 Headingley test as The Botham Test but without Bob Willis taking 8-43 Australia would have won the test and probably the series.

I rewatch the highlights of Australia's 2nd innings regularly and love Willis' reaction to taking his 1st wicket. Instead of celebrating he just turns around and stalks back to his mark with a face like thunder, leaving his team mates to it. Wonderful. :o

They need reminding of the 07/08 series in Australia against India. It was that bad India claimed there was only one team playing cricket
