Please tell me this is not a ghost, even though it obviously is and I have to move

We have lived here for 6 years and haven't got around to looking in the loft space above my sons' room. I have for no particular reason always been convinced that it is a bit creepy. Yesterday DH looked in, said it was empty and took a photo to show me.

I didn't look at the photo until today.

We're going to be murdered by this grinning ghost head aren't we?? 😬 😭

I mean, I know it is backscatter or a bit of fluff or something. BUT THE NOSE AND MOUTH. The mouth with clear TEETH

I couldn't anything in the purple blobby until you pointed it out. However I did see this dude to the right hidden in the shadows...

I can see quite a few heads and faces in your loft and also a couple of arms and hands. The most clear face I can see is a child's face on the 'orb', on the upper left hand side justcabovd the nose you pointed out in your photo

Actually the child's face is not above the nose. It is the nose! Check out your photo posted at 1815

I agree op, I can clearly see the face in the blob with eyes, nose, mouth, teeth and an ear! I think it looks like a woman with hair up! Also in the insulation underneath, it looks like a body shape. You need to move!

This looks like a young girls face. She looks sad and maybe a bit frtightened. Can you see it. Is probably not as clear in my photo. If you zoom in on the Ops photo posted at 1815, it's clearer

I see these faces!

How lovely to read that lofts are their favourite places. When I moved in I heard a noise from my loft that sounded like footsteps one night and a couple of days ago the screwed on board covering the hatch had fallen down at one side. Rational part of my brain tells me I heard a squirrel and the board was heavy so was bound to collapse. Irrational part tells me it's a ghost. I don't believe in any of that kind of stuff (and I don't want to the thought scares me!) but at 3am the irrational part of my brain takes over Grin

Top circle is a face and shoulders like and old fashioned portrait. The one under the orb looks like a a creepy mask Grin

I can’t see a face. Is it one of the optical illusions that not everyone can see? I can see the orb but that’s it.
