Jeez me too.
A massive salad with an Asian style dressing.
Peach.
3 coffees with double cream.
An absolutely massive portion of bean chilli and brown rice. MASSIVE.
About 5 choc digestive biscuits and 3 rich teas.
3 packs of toffee choc mentoes.
I feel crap as it morphed from reasonably healthy into a binge.

It doesn't sound very much to me but I don't know what an angel cake is. Are we talking an entire full sized cake? If so, then that is a lot.

Sounds ok - I wasn't best pleased earlier as my aunt said to eat some prawns. Then after I did 'oh, they might be out of date'. She should have said that before. So waiting cautiously to see if stomach's happy

That was me yesterday- for some reason I couldn’t stop eating! Finished the day having had
-two slices of toast with peanut butter

  • two (vegan) chicken burgers
  • eight (!!) hash browns
  • half a family size bag of crisps
  • a third of a pack of biscuits

I was on a proper carb binge and just couldn’t stop. Felt disgusting this morning and have been been back to my usual calorie counting and light meals!

75g of chocolate.
An insanely large plate of Quorn chilli, rice and cheese.
Half a family pack of Doritos.

Is this one of those awful reverse competitive threads where you all pretend you think you’ve eaten loads?!

I’ve had 3 flat whites
A mozzarella and tomato salad and calamari
3 breaded chicken goujons, a beetroot salad and a desert spoon of white rice
3 small squares of plain chocolate
A glass of white wine

And I think I’ve done fucking MARVELLOUSLY. It’s literally half what I would’ve liked to eat, and no, I really don’t think it was enough, and yes I’m a wobbly size 14. And yes I’m trying to get back to prebaby size 8-10 but let’s be honest, I’m a single mother, working a bazillion hours a week and I don’t have sex, smoke, take drugs or drink to excess any more, so I’m probably going to crack and get my jollies where I can. Generally that’s in a cake box or, gasp, a bag of chips.

I’m an eater and proud!

Once a month I have a parmo. Until we moved to the Northeast, I never realised that you can make a pizza base out of fried chicken. And then cover it with doner meat.

Yup it would seem that way... FWIW I've eaten an apple and a grilled mackerel today. About to eat the bounty Ice cream in the freezer Cos I am bloody starving.

I don't think it's a healthy relationship towards food, that that is your inner voice about what you eat. So today maybe wasn't the healthiest but it's not 'disgusting'. Tomorrow, make some better choices.

3 black coffees
Packet of ringos
Tuna salad

So far so good until about an hour ago

Packet of Mexican tilda rice
Half a bag of oven chips in a roll
5 cheese strings
Cheese and onion crisps
Fudge bar
And I'm back searching for more.
