jam & butter on a white bagel
absolutely no fruit at all
cheese & ham bagel (no salad)
sausage roll
Mini roll
Snack size Lidl Snickers
Turkey steak, potato wedges, corn on cob, cabbage (all cooked in butter)

I could’ve had a Mr Kipling slice but I’m not fond.

I thought my day was a little light on veg but alright really.
Yours is pretty much the same- just buy & eat a smaller bar of Galaxy so you’re not tempted.

I always open these threads hoping that, one day, I am going to be genuinely impressed at how much someone has managed to consume in a day. Instead, I just read them feeling slightly confused but also wondering if the massive chasm between what these posters and I consider to be overeating is why I'm a size 14 and most people I know are much thinner than that.
Today, I had bran flakes with a banana, a smoked mackerel salad and jacket potato with chilli. Which was great. What was less great was the large bar of Cadbury's, some amaretti biscuits I ate just because the cupboard would like neater if they were no infer in there

Food intake is not an indicator of morality. It's just food...you wanted it, you ate it. No need to describe yourself as disgusting.

The world won't implode because you ate a bar of chocolate.

That’s doesn’t seem that bad OP. I’d be happy to stick to that.

Reminds me of my skinny friends who used to make loud noises about being full when we went out for a meal. They only picked at it and only ate some of the meat. Left the carbs.

Today I ate
Peanut butter slavered on bagel
A Thai curry for lunch
Packet of peanut M&Ms
A packet of crisps
A massive bowl of pasta meant for two Some breadsticks and peanuts
a bowl of ice cream

Plus I’ve had a beer or two.
Way too much. It’s why I’ve put a stone on in the last year.

I haven’t stopped eating for 2 days, or that’s what it feels like.

2 cereal bars instead of breakfast as the kids were being hooligans.
2 slices if malt loaf, then the one DD left on her plate.
Half a breaded fish, half a packet of couscous and grilled Mediterranean veg.
Half a bag of white chocolate buttons.
A mini snack sausage roll.
3 chicken drumsticks, the rest of the pack of couscous and salad.
A massive bowl of summer fruits with fat free greek yog.

While not overly bad, I feel icky because I feel like i’ve just not stopped all day.

Oh, more coffees than I care to count.

Doesn't seem that much to me.

Today I've had two boiled eggs and a slice of toast.

Ham salad

Apple
Banana
Handful of raspberries

One of those snack packs of chicken
Half a pack (individual of skinny popcorn)

About five black coffees
Two Diet cokes

This is a good day for me!

Assume very few, call it 75 kcal

Assume with butter, at least 500 kcal

Maybe 150 kcal, she said Mr. Kipling size

more chicken, corn and mozarella sticks
Doesn't sound < 400 kcal.

Assuming only water to drink all day, That's 3375 kcal (at least).
It's a lot.
I wonder if OP ate much less today.

Ok I'll give it a go.
Toast, loads of butter, marmite. Coffee.
Cheese, ham and tomato croissant (large) with more butter and mayo,
Large almond croissant. Tea.
Chocolate pot dessert.
Portion of lamb curry, rice and dal. (Not all that big, tbh. I mean, large enough but not huge))
Coconut magnum
Handful of grapes.
4 squares of Ritter sport marzipan chocolate and glass of milk.
And the night is still young...

I don’t feel like I ate that much today and I have eaten way more than you.

I’ve had

Flapjack for breakfast
Toast and marmite
Then a roast vegetable and beetroot salad with bulgar wheat
Then I ate tomorrow’s roast vegetable and beetroot salad with bulgar wheat
Then I had another flapjack
And for dinner I had tomato soup, Finn crisps and a chocolate lolly for dessert.

My calorie counter says I ate 1800 calories which is bang on target.

No one else seems to be eating any more than that?

I’ve had 3dc and have PCOS, my body does what it wants when it wants, all this stuff is a mystery to me!
Plus, I’ve eaten like a beast today, scrambled eggs and smoked salmon for breakfast - reasonable.
Then.... went on a road trip and ate 3 mini yum yums, bag of hula hoops and some chocolate covered rice cakes.
Picnic lunch - ham baguette, cheese and bread, crisps, token blueberries so my hair and nails don’t just drop off...
Back home - made dinner for dc, waited for dp to return but he texted to say he was popping to the pub after work.
So I took to my bed with a large vodka and a bag of maltesers Grin
Who’s proud of me?!
