Going on holiday tomorrow and my stomach has been agony for two days now. Dh has no idea what I’m on about but I always get it.

It makes me sad ☹️ 😂

Yep 'nervous poo' get it before days out, important events, holidays etc, I'm usually ok once I've left home

I not only get it when I'm travelling but also if one of my DDs is going away.

I get it with any kind of travelling and am another who then worries if there will be a toilet and panics and makes it worse 😫 absolutely fine on the way home though 🤷🏼‍♀️

I found out last night that we're all sitting separately on our return flights in 4 weeks.

Nervous shits have kicked in already this morning. Going to be fretting my head off now - feel like I'll be wasting my holiday worrying about the flight home

Yes I get this but it's not limited to holidays, more anything outside my normal routine! Me and DP did a 3 week road trip about 4 years ago and I have never been more proud of myself but I spent a lot of time on the toilet Blush
