How many coffee pods do you have daily?

Just trying to put my coffee consumption into perspective - need shaming into reducing!
I have 3 on a good day but 5 on a bad day.

I understand the environmental concerns but I do recycle the pods at our JL.
I was trying to guage caffeine consumption and yes clearly I am drinking far too much.

I don't think 3 is that many. I probably have 4-6 mugs a day of cafetiere coffee and sometimes some instant at work.

Same as you, 3-5 cups of coffee a day. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that. If it’s not interfering with your sleep or affecting you in any other way, I don’t think it’s harmful unless you are having tens of cups a day.

None. I'm more of a tea drinker, but when I do have coffee I use instant.

I have a double espresso in the morning and 2 or 3 cups later in the day. So 4 or 5 pods a day on average.

Usually I use the Aldi or other cheap knock-offs rather than the actual Nespresso pods which cost double, so I'm not sure it's possible to recycle them.

8-10 - I usually have two double shots (one caff, one decaf) in the morning before work (4), then another two at work (4) and sometimes a double decaf at home in the evening.

They’re easy to rinse and recycle and the coffee grounds go in the compost.

No pods, but usually one costa flat white after dropping my eldest off but gonna knock that habit on the head as it's expensive. If I don't go there I have a cold alpro coffee. Usually that's it. Sometimes a decaf at night but not fancied one in ages.

None, even if you recycle them they use considerable resources to produce.

Ground coffee goes on the compost. Simple.
