A picture has appeared under my bed. Neither me or DH think it's ours. Wtf?

We're moving house. DH said to me, what do you want to do with the pictures under the bed?
I had no idea what he was on about. I never put pictures under the bed.

Sure enough, 7am this morning he drags out two dusty old frames from under the bed. I've never seen them in my life. One of them had a charcoal drawing of a woman called Rachel.
I've never clapped eyes on it before.

DH says they aren't his. He thinks I've lost my marbles and have a shit memory.

But I swear I've never seen them before. The picture was made in '92. I was 10.

How the fuck did they get there?!

When I moved in 5 years ago there were no pictures here. No other adults have stayed here and I know he kids wouldn't come up with massive frames with glass and a picture of a naked woman.

How did this happen?!

If Spencer’s is the last I the supermend video she comes across as quite sane and lovely.

I just cant conceive how anyone could be so bonkers as to suggest two large frames, one with a picture being conjured up by witchcraft or a seance by children!

I did rent a place once though where the landlord came in without permission to store furniture in the basement and garage for his other properties (and moved/sold stuff I was letting my friend store in the garage thinking it was his - gulp!)

This isn't the only thing that's happened that's freaky about this flat.

Does anyone remember the thread where I went into the bathroom and the light switch with go on and off every time I set foot in there?
That never got resolved either.

I don't think that thread exists now, I think it was back when Chat didn't keep threads.

Funnily enough, that problem stopped when the neighbours below me moved out....

I see it as a picture of a naked person standing behind a crying woman sitting down, with their hand on the top of her head, pushing her down

I am a very important art critic* It looks to me like the artist has lit a fart and the flash from that fart (probably one of Becky’s) has imprinted onto canvas. Capturing a moment in time, where flatulence left its mark. The irony that this has been left in a flat-ulence makes it a masterpiece. Behold the way that methane blast screams across the canvas! You have a Turner prize winner there.

Bit late in the day but i've just read this thread.

Where you live, is there a facebook page for discussing local issues? Why not post on there & see if anyone knows anything about the picture/frame - somebody might have seen it in a charity shop or might know something about it. I wouldn't settle til i got to the bottom of it.
