Adult food or children’s food?

What do you think? Smile

I should add, DH and I are having a good natured debate. We both think the other is weird though. Grin

Both. Never thought to question it

Prokupatuscrakedatus · 07/07/2019 09:55

Neither for adults nor for children.

PuddleglumtheMarshWiggle · 07/07/2019 09:56

Both - there is no she limitation on any food. (Especially chocolate crispies!)

PuddleglumtheMarshWiggle · 07/07/2019 09:57

Age limitation! Stupid autocorrect

ChesterDrawsDoesntExist · 07/07/2019 09:59

For children only so that they use the box up and we can eat the good tasting cereals instead.

FourEyesGood · 07/07/2019 10:13

My grandad used to have them, so I had them as a child when I stayed at his place. Therefore, they’re for both adults and children. They’re pretty boring, though.

EatingBreadAndHoney · 07/07/2019 10:19

Neither adult nor children's but it's the Law you must have cold, full cream milk (preferably Jersey milk) with them. Grin

ThePinkCushion · 07/07/2019 10:21

They're my favourite cereal and I'd say both.

Stillstrawberrywater · 07/07/2019 10:22

Adults I would say.

Zaphodsotherhead · 07/07/2019 10:25

I would say that they don't have nearly enough sugar or chocolate or sprinkles or marshmallows to appeal to children, so they are intended for adults.

Even though they contain sugar and taste like little bits of cardboard.

ExpletiveDelighted · 07/07/2019 10:28

Both if they want them. I love them but can't remember last time I had them.

Undies1990 · 07/07/2019 10:29

Both. I have them every day and I am 40+. My teens love them too!

motherheroic · 07/07/2019 10:32

Adult because it's plain.

PineappleTits · 07/07/2019 10:34

I had cornflakes for the first time in ages this morning. Ice cold milk, no sugar and have to eat before they go soggy Grin

NeverSayFreelance · 07/07/2019 10:35

Cornflakes are the best Grin cornflakes for everyone

Eminybob · 07/07/2019 10:39

They are adult cereal in this house - DS won’t touch them with a barge pole. DH eats them without milk which is weird. I don’t bother wasting calories on them.

danmthatonestakentryanotheer · 07/07/2019 10:44

Neither and they should confined to room 101.

ChesterDrawsDoesntExist · 07/07/2019 10:49

Crunchy Nut Cornflakes however are adult only. No, wait. Mum only. Anyone else trying to take them will get stabbed with a spoon.

QueenMabby · 07/07/2019 10:54

For children in the morning and for adults in the evening - huge bowl with ice cold milk. Bliss.

BiscuitDrama · 07/07/2019 11:31

Ha, my mind is blown. I consider them to be kiddie food and a bit odd of DH to eat them every day.
I’ll take the majority opinion though Grin

OP posts:
ExpletiveDelighted · 07/07/2019 12:22

My kids won't eat them, its only me that likes them.

Miljah · 07/07/2019 22:27

In 2019, who eats boxed cereal for breakfast? Seriously?

Singleandproud · 07/07/2019 22:31

Either but only with sliced banana and cold milk

OldUnit · 07/07/2019 22:33

Genuinely haven't had cornflakes for years. Strange, that.
