Thunderbolts and lightning
It’s also hammering down here.
Looks like that was our summer.

I'd bloody love a storm right now. Just broke into a sweat having a wee.

But I did leave the washing out (getting darked on, spider willies etc) so maybe not.

No lovely storms forecast at all in SE England for the foreseeable

Hertfordshire here, and still humid and clear skies, was hoping for a bit of rain, came home from the pub at midnight and watered a few plants in the garden in my nightie. have not got a hose..just the watering can.
My three cats are sprawled out on the cool grass outside,they are usually on the end of my bed.

I want a storm! It's so humid and muggy here, it's awful

North Essex coast here. Had a mad storm a week ago, hours of continuous lightning

Monday to Wednesday this week were really humid and muggy, but no blue sky. Thursday and Friday were lovely blue sky, but a really strong breeze so didn’t feel warm.

Today was perfect! Blue sky, tiny breeze - felt like a perfect summers day. Am hoping it continues - but happy to have some storms overnight, love listening to them rumbling away in the background.

It's heading for Norway now it's really muggy in the west,got the fan on already.

It’s not supposed to rain here today, but I’m not sure the clouds hit that memo, they’re looking quite full

It would be a shame as there’s a music festival on (far far south of Glastonbury!) so it would ruin quite a few peoples plans for today
