Please can you help ds1 with market research for a school project? The winners in the year group get to make them. I would love him to do well with this as life can be a struggle because he has autism and add. It only takes about five minutes.

Done! It's beautiful. I usually hate people making things with books but this is so attractive and unusual I forgive them for this! Would it be waterproofed so it can go outside?

That is very well designed and made. Another one with the ‘is it waterproofed?’ question though!

He tells me that they will be waterproofed with varnish. They are for indoor and outdoor use. He is nearly 15. All the students have to dress as if they're going to work. We had to buy a suit for him. I had that moment people have when they see their dd in a wedding dress for the first time, when I saw him in a suit for the first time. He just looked so grown up and I thought of how hard he's had to work to get there. He is quite disabled by the autism, add and sensory integration disorder, and here he is in a suit! I'm so proud of him!
