Is anyone else dying of Hay-fever?

I am so drugged up on anti histamines and still am in agony. I think I am just like this for a couple of weeks a year but it is horrific. Glad it is the weekend and dh here as I am just lying around feeling out of it and awful

@ThatCurlyGirl I used click chemist, £9.99 arrived the next day It makes a big difference, doesn’t cure but well into liveable. I felt like my scalp was on fire, could barely open my eyes or breath me before! It reduces it to a bit of sniffles/ sneezing and sore eyes in the morning.

OMG though, I line dried my sheets yesterday for some idiot reason. I took two and some other types in tears....

For some reasons the nasal sprays really hurt inside my nose, so painful they aren’t worth it. Like I’ve been scalded in the nasal passages.
