Ok I'll preface this by saying I've also put it on threads I'm a regular on so apologies to anyone whose already read this. Secondly, I'm in a bad place mentally as my mental health support is ending and I found out last night that there's a letter on my medical file that prevents me accessing mental health care, at all. I was told previously I could.

So I'm in a state consequently about something that'll appear really stupid - my fridge.

I think my fridge might have broken. There's no way landlord can access to replace it due to severe clutter and rubbish (collection now once a month) and I can't bend down without collapsing and if it needs replacing I must pay for a new one (I can't get anywhere else to live as no guarantor, even social housing/ha here now require guarantor). It's hot here so food'll go off quick.

I thought maybe I'd left the door open after last thing last night (bad night hence ringing for crisis support) could it be that?? but nothing seems to be cold in there three hours later and defrosting.

I'm really really panicking now as I've no money to replace the food I just bought and can't afford new rent or cleaner.

Honestly I've just had enough.

Panicking and device really struggling to load MN now because of ads playing g al the time taking up all my mobile signal..

Hello Becca, we are really sorry to hear you are having such a frustrating time. Fingers crossed the fridge has righted itself by now, sometimes they can take a while to get going.

We hope you don't mind, but when these threads are flagged up to us we usually add a link to our Mental Health resources.
You can also go to the Samaritans website, or email them on [email protected]. Support from other Mumsnetters is great and we really hope you will be able to take some comfort from your fellow posters, but as other MNers will tell you, it's really a good idea to seek RL help and support as well.

We also like to remind everyone that, although we're awed daily by the astonishing support our members give each other through life's trickier twists and turns, we'd always caution anyone never to give more of themselves to another poster, emotionally or financially, than they can afford to spare.
