I'm very vexed about my Revels

Family bag - looking forward to it all day Far too many fucking raisins (I do not want fruit in my chocolate) and I've never met a human who likes the coffee ones.

I still can't quite get over them replacing the coconut and peanut ones with the above shite and have no idea why I still buy them. But they're Revels and I like a wee surprise now and again.

So tell me, what product do you still buy even if you don't think it's as good as it used to be?

I can't tell you how much I want some Revels now.

I recently had revels traybake - So eat bite tasted a bit different !

I miss the peanut ones.

There is no Russian Roulette with Revels. The practised eye can tell them apart immediately. Large, regular spherical shape = the accursed Maltesers. Next largest, irregular sphere shape = orange. The coffee ones are 2/3 the size of the orange ones. Raisins = pebble shaped. Toffee (rubbish) = small and kind of spherical.

They have ruined them. They used to be my favourite treat, now they are just a disappointment. The peanuts really complimented the coffee and orange creams, the bloody raisins have ruined it.

I love the raisin ones.

I love the toffee Revels best, but the Maltesers are a disappointment every time.

I love the coffee ones. I can't get Revels here in Canada, cinema trips are no longer the same!

Please put all your raisin ones in an envelope and send to me at once. Coffee and orange revels can fuck right off.

I love all of the revels apart from the peanut ones which are only meh. Quality Street is a disappointment now as they stopped doing the coffee ones

All you coffee revel lovers are making me question if mumsnet is really the place I thought it was. You think you know a site and then something like this happens. Not gonna lie, I'm a little shaken up.

Coffee revels are vile, and I love actual coffee.

I must confess I am also a little perplexed to learn that some mumsnetters covet coffee flavored revels.

Does anyone remember Mars Planets? Little balls which were each a different component of a mars bar (chocolate, nougat and caramel) - I miss those

I don't see the point of the rest as they can be bought in other bags separately.

I like them all and love a bag of revels! You can tell which one is which though except with the orange and coffee ones.

I like the coffee AND the raisin ones. The stupid hard toffee ones can bugger off, though.

I forgot there used to be a coconut one. They were lovely. Ah the good old days.

While ago a bought a bag of random chocolate factory second type things, it was quite a mystery so we bought a bag to try. Mostly biscuity or marshmallow covered things but it also included chocolate covered gummy bears. They were wierd as fuck. I like gummy bears and I like chocolate but the two together are horrible!
