Really fed up. I've found a fabulous bodywash that Avon make(made) Oatmeal.... Its so lovely and good for my skin as doesn't affect my eczema... Went to order some more and its vanished from book and website. 😔 😔 😔
My lovely Avon lady has ordered me six bottles which I hope come in. Its on Ebay and Amazon but a lot more money... Grrr!!

Benefit creaseless cream eyeshadows. I cannot forgive them for that. Judging by the reviews on their website there are a lot of angry people. It was the absolute best eyeshadow Sad.

The Body Shop - all the lovely stuff they used to do when they were still the real Body Shop.

Oh I’ve remembered another!

2...maybe 3 summers ago, Waitrose did a sausage and broccoli pizza that was fucking immense...honestly it was amazing, I ate a ridiculous amount that summer then suddenly they were just gone...every time I go to Waitrose (and I mean EVERY time) I have a look incase it’s come back...it never has...I then found a pizza place near me that did a v similar one....which then burnt down due to arson....

Waitrose and arsonists are arses!

My two (only ones l used!) favourite perfumes were discontinued at the same time.
Miracle So Magic by Lancôme, and Elixir by Penhaligons.
l can't find another one l like (l have tried) so l go without now. l've worn perfume every day all my life since l was about 15, and l hate not having any.
Oh, and Quorn Branston sausages. l used to go to the local Waitrose after work and stockpile them for the freezer.

HotChocolateLover - Fruit rock sweets!! Yes!! l'm sure Thorntons used to do something similar, but l haven't seen them anywhere for years.

katseyes7 · 05/06/2019 10:45

Aztec Bars. (yes, l'm old). l really can't understand why Cadbury's stopped making them. They knock Mars Bars into oblivion.
And Coconut Boosts!! They were amazing. The biscuit ones are a very poor imitation.

limaloma my local Aldi were still doing that flatbread a couple of weeks back

katseyes7 · 05/06/2019 10:54

Gucci Envy aftershave. My OH wore it when l first met him, and it still makes me go weak at the knees. Another one that was fetching 'remortgage the house' prices on Ebay.

millythepink · 05/06/2019 11:08

L'Eau perfume by Laura Ashley, God I loved it so much, but they discontinued it about 15 years ago. I will never get over it.

Arctic body spray by Lynx, DH wore this when we first met and it made me go weak at the knees.

Clinique Sheer Tinted Moisturiser in Blonde, it was the perfect match for my skin tone and perfect for the summer months. I hate you, Clinique.

TheRattleBag · 05/06/2019 11:22

Already mentioned on here - Impulse O2 body spray.

To the list can I please add:

The original "Nina" perfume by Nina Ricci - from about 1987. The new version in the apple bottle is horribly sweet.

Boots No 7 lipstick in "Grace" - the perfect just a bit darker than nude matt lipstick.

Rowntree's Nutty Bars.

My dad is still on the quest for a perfect handcream after they discontinued Pacquins in about 1980! He's currently on O'Keeffe's which has a grudging "it's ok" response, but nothing will ever live up to Pacquins!

BlueMerchant · 05/06/2019 11:38

Monsoon wild lagoon perfume. Was amazing!
Body Shop Ananya products
Options Turkish delight sachets
Thornton's fondant mice

spiderlight · 05/06/2019 11:49

Tesco Finest Chocolate Tea. I absolutely loved it and it's gone :(

Waitrose chamomile and vanilla shower gel - they still sell it but it's got a horrible chemical smell to it now.

Andylion · 05/06/2019 11:57

Quite recently, Pantene spray gel. Nothing compares.

YesQueen · 05/06/2019 11:57

@spiderlight this one is good

chanderl · 05/06/2019 12:11

Oilatum used to make 'natural repair face cream' that was amazing and I used a tube every 10 days for years, then POOF. GONE.

I'm fucking livid

WhatTheWatersShowedMe · 05/06/2019 12:22

I miss Cadbury's Spira bars and Boots Traditional Formula cold cream.

Urban Decay used to do these glittery, flavoured body shimmer powders that I loved.

SDTGisAnEvilWolefGenius · 05/06/2019 12:38

I've remembered another - Thornton's Chocolate toffee - not the chocolate covered ordinary toffee, but chocolate flavoured toffee - it was absolutely gorgeous - I reckon there's a good couple of inches all over me that can be attributed to that toffee.

They only did it occasionally, but it used to turn up once or twice a year, for a few weeks - and then it stopped and has never come back.

JacquesHammer · 05/06/2019 12:48

Body Shop Push It shower gel

Body Shop Morello Cherry Lip Balm

Anna Sui Dolly Girl

Impulse O2 - a wonderfully kind MNetter sent me the remains of her shower gel. I smell it daily 😍

JacquesHammer · 05/06/2019 12:53

Body shop Vineyard Peach range

longtompot · 05/06/2019 12:56

Flex yellow conditioner. Smelt amazing.
Vidal Sasson shampoo and conditioner in the brown bottles that smelt of almonds.
Maybeline did a foundation in a bottle which you shook to mix. It did perfect coverage, didn't cause dry patches and each one lasted ages. I just wish I bought some more before my last one ran out.
DKNY Pure vanilla. I finally found a perfume I could wear all day long, and they get rid of it. I've only been able to buy it on ebay, and even then I'm not sure its the genuine article.

spiderlight · 05/06/2019 13:02

@YesQueen - thank you! I'll give it a try :)

Littleteacup1 · 05/06/2019 13:05

katseyes7 · 05/06/2019 17:22

longtompot l used to use the Vidal Sassoon three step regime that smelled of almonds. lt was incredible. l got so many compliments on my hair when l used that!

msmith501 · 05/06/2019 17:29

Whiskers "simply steamed" (for my cat with a sensitive tummy) ... and then whiskers "oh so fishy"... currently spending £11 / box for fishy Encore tins as this is the only thing she will tolerate her slaves feeding her.. even after trying the "if she's starving she'll eat any old crap" - no she won't, she's a tortoiseshell and a tad picky.

ALemonyPea · 05/06/2019 17:41

Oh yes, impulse o2, ''twas lovely.

Heinz baked bean pizza. Was great with some blue cheese crumbled on the top.
