One of my dogs shells like wheat / meadow / outside and I love it.

Also at the moment lots of roses are blooming and that's fabulous.

Weird - The smell your arms get when you've been outside (when its dry but not necessarily sunny)

Damn, @fourquenelles beat me to it! I came on to say creosote fences. I just love that smell! Jayes fluid is a similar weird smell I like.

Horses, not the pissy stable smell that most horse people smell of in winter, but the smell of an actual horse that's out in the field and you rest your head on their neck and inhale horse. Lovely.
And the smell when a horse is hot shod, smoky with a metallic tang.
Fresh hay.
I may miss not having a horse any more.......
