What is it 😥.

Please excuse the stretch marks. There's nothing I can do about them.

It's about 1cm tall. And isn't hard. It doesn't hurt much either.

@BastardMozzies "forin"?!

I agree - don't panic, but see your GP.

devilinme · 21/05/2019 23:15

Could be a piece of cut hair worked its way into your skin then got infected

Watching with interest as to how this develops

hmwhatsmynameagain · 21/05/2019 23:16

How fresh is the stretch mark it is under? And have you put more strain on that stretch mark than usual?
Could just be skin healing due to trauma. One had stretch marks do this then go but the swollen area always have a worse stretch mark scar

peachgreen · 21/05/2019 23:19

I had one of these on a stretch mark and it eventually got a head and popped like a normal spot. It was very fun. Blush

barrelohflaughs · 22/05/2019 07:00

I get these all the time on my stretch marks. They usually get a little bit sore after a while then turn in to a spot or just go away on their own. Sometimes they’re there for weeks.

DesparateDino · 22/05/2019 07:30

I get these on my stretch marks a lot too. Mine bleed a lot if I squeeze so I usually leave them alone and they disappear.

Third nipple for sure

My first thought was a rodent ulcer:

Best to check with your GP

isthismylifenow · 22/05/2019 08:01

I wouldn't call that a gross picture.

I would just put sudocreme on and see. Think off to the doctor on day one of a spot is a bit extreme tbh.

I have random lumps and bumps all the time, this is why I go through so much Sudocreme Grin But then i do live in Africa so they are probably bites of some sort. Never seen a dr yet for a spot.

ronaldbiliusweasley · 12/06/2019 22:36

If anyone is still paying attention to my gross body...

It's been 3 weeks now and it hasn't turned into having a head. It can't be squeezed. The skin on top is peeling slightly.

The really odd part is it's turned black.

Is now the time to go and annoy my gp with my weird black lump ☹️

Yes! Go to the gp, you won’t be annoying them.

Hmmmbop · 12/06/2019 23:25

Go to the GP!

usernameuser · 14/06/2019 20:39

Did you go to the GP, @ronaldbiliusweasley?

ronaldbiliusweasley · 15/06/2019 11:38

Not yet. I've had a poorly toddler so we have been at the gp 3 times in 2 weeks for her.

I'm also doing that annoying thing where I have multiple issues and I'm trying to pick which one to bother the doctor with.

I've had a painful left breast for 2 months now. I keep saying 'if it still hurts I'm 2 weeks, I'll go to the doctors'

I'm just annoying myself now, but I've let so many issues pile up, I don't know which one to deal with first.

The painful breast and the black lump are probably a good start 😂😭

Book at double appointment and take your list of things and ask about them all

BiscuitDrama · 15/06/2019 11:47

Agree with a double appointment. Smile

TSSDNCOP · 15/06/2019 11:59

You’ve grown your very own new friend OPGrin

TSSDNCOP · 15/06/2019 12:00

Oh crumbs sorry, I’d only read page 1

TheToxicCoccyx · 15/06/2019 12:02

It's an ingrowing hair on a stretch mark. It will come to a head on a bit . Can leave a mark though sadly. I used to get them a lot.

GreenTulips · 15/06/2019 12:03

Pharmacist might be a useful start

FoxSquadKitten · 15/06/2019 14:26

Would an ingrown hair turn black though?

Is the lump on the same side as the painful breast? I really think you need to see the GP.

DizzySue · 15/06/2019 14:29

I really think you should be taking this more seriously, why haven't you seen the GP yet?

MustardScreams · 15/06/2019 14:29

If it’s changed colour I’d be booking an appointment ASAP. Monday at the absolute latest. You mustn’t put your own health on the back burner just because you have kids.

CollyWobbleNightmares · 15/06/2019 14:29

I’ve definitely had black looking ingrowing hair bumps. I get them on my c section scar sometimes and they look exactly like that.

Sn0tnose · 15/06/2019 14:35

What if it's a hernia or an alien I don’t think it’s an alien. They’d want to be in the middle of your stomach so they can burst out with a bit of a fanfare. That’s not going to happen on your side.

Make a double appointment and get that and your breast pain seen to as a priority!
