What is your least favourite household chore?

I'm sure this has been asked a million times but hey, I'm sat breastfeeding a very hungry newborn and need some entertainment.

What is your least favourite household job? I generally quite enjoy housekeeping and don't mind doing the laundry but I just cannot bear putting clean clothes away. I find it so, so tedious.

Fucking all of it. Seriously. I do it with a right face on, because I know it’s all going to be have to be done again the next day. What a load of shite.

I can't decide what I detest more, putting clean clothes away or vacuuming the stairs, both tedius jobs...

I must be an anomaly because I don't mind any of it I just get some cracking music on (loud - detached house in the middle of nowhere!) or a decent audio book and I'm away.

Sorry, I feel like I should resign my Mumsnet membership!

Cleaning windows and mirrors stress me out! No matter how hard I try there are streaks everywhere! My wee mum comes down and does them for me

The oven

Ironing, I pay someone else to do it.

For some reason I hate emptying the dishwasher. Happy to fill it up.

No worries, that's what teenagers are for!

Cleaning the oven and emptying the bins, that one really hurts my back.

I'm useless at general tidiness and getting rid of things too, it's a constant source of arguments in our house

Ooh I might change my view from window cleaning to skirting board cleaning. So true how they are constantly dusty.

Ironing!

I used to hate standing ironing clothes - so tedious. Little and often was annoying and once a week was even worse.

I since got a big steam iron and we just steam things as we need them. Much more manageable but still dislike it!

Ironing.... I don’t do any more, if stuff needs ironed it gets bucked down the road to the laundry place and I don’t care that it costs... it saves me doing it.

Changing the cats litter tray though. That one I really hate and don’t think the laundry place would appreciate it being thrown in with the ironing 😂

Urgh, cleaning my bathrooms. Would pay someone just to do that!
