Women/women

Keep seeing it.

Fail to see the confusion on a female dominated site esp when talking of women's issues.

Women = plural (more than one).

Woman = singular (I.E. just ^one).

Shall repeat as long as necessary.

Not sure what you mean in the thread title though?

DizzyPigeon · 19/05/2019 13:47

Did you get it wrong in the title Grin

MissMary0fSweden · 19/05/2019 13:48

Classic.

BlancheDuBlah · 19/05/2019 13:49

'Women' seems to have taken over but they are very different

People don't get men and man mixed up.

StealthPolarBear · 19/05/2019 13:49

?

CarolsBiggestFan · 19/05/2019 13:49

Well you ballsed up your title so...

WeBuiltCisCityOnSexistRoles · 19/05/2019 13:53

Poor you OP. The irony. You're going to get your arse handed to you.

Perhaps you could get your thread deleted on "privacy grounds" Grin

DizzyPigeon · 19/05/2019 13:55

Maybe op will be a bit more sympathetic to other people's typos and autocorrects now Wink

Whatsnewpussyhat · 19/05/2019 13:55
Grin
ZuttZeVootEeeVro · 19/05/2019 13:56

Grin I think it's autocorrect or predictive text most of the time. I don't believe many native speakers don't know the difference.

People don't get men and man mixed up.

I've not seen many men/man mix ups either. I don't know if that's significant or I just don't notice it.

BlancheDuBlah · 19/05/2019 14:01

I'm here waiting to receive my arse if necessary Grin.

I still think it's lazy and seems to happen with feminine nouns more often than not .

OP posts:
chipsandgin · 19/05/2019 14:06

Eh?

Also enjoying the irony.

Even without the mistake though I have no idea what you’re on about OP?

VodselForDinner · 19/05/2019 14:07

OP, can you see the typo in the title you’ve given this thread?

StealthPolarBear · 19/05/2019 14:08

Hands op her arse, sliced finely and well seasoned

DeadWife · 19/05/2019 14:08

What do you mean about "privacy grounds" WeBuilt?

Grumpymug · 19/05/2019 14:09

Think it's probably autocorrect most of the time, mine changes words without permission and adds/removes punctuation.
Maybe like your title OP? 🤔
Don't generally think it matters if you can understand the gist of what is being said, though it can be annoying, I get that, I get annoyed with 'could/should/would of' instead of 'have' but in all honesty I know what is being said and it's just me being an awkward arse so I keep it to myself. It's my problem really.

StealthPolarBear · 19/05/2019 14:10

If it's autocorrect why doesn't it happen to man/men
(in other words "what about the menz?")

BlancheDuBlah · 19/05/2019 14:13

*In other words "what about the menz?"
*
Ai - I gives up.

OP posts:
GottaGetUp · 19/05/2019 14:14

Have. You. Seen. Your. Title. Op. ?

TheOnlyLivingBoyInNewCross · 19/05/2019 14:14

It's a very common spelling error, and an annoying one, I agree, but I love not just the error in your thread title but your refusal to acknowledge it thereafter Grin

Dafspunk · 19/05/2019 14:16

Fuck sake woman, get off your high horse and give your arse a skelp.

BIWI · 19/05/2019 14:17

I see it more and more often ignores the mistake in the thread title! and it rally irritates me. It can't be an autocorrect otherwise it would always be 'men'.

And the 'e' key isn't next to the 'a' key, so can't be selected by mistake.

I just don't understand why people make that mistake!

Ivegotthree · 19/05/2019 14:17

OP I do think this thread is pointless as you've done what you're dissing others for in the post's name!

BIWI · 19/05/2019 14:17

Really! Certainly nothing to do with a rally

StealthPolarBear · 19/05/2019 14:18

Op I don't understand your post to me but I was making a joke. I get irritated about thread which are derailed by people saying men have it bad too. And here I am doing it on a spelling thread :)
